This was my favorite set growing up as a kid. I vividly remember riding my bike to the local CS and dropping 3.25$ on these packs. And that was ALOT for a pack back then. I wanted to start collecting these back when they came out but due to the $$$ situation i had to stay put. My dad bought me the Thomas RC at a card show in 91 for 40$. It was always a favorite between me and him. Just overall one of if not my favorite set growing up.

Now, i can start putting the big guys together. Going for the HOF guys first along with the non big time HOF guys.

Very nice group. I still take issue with them numbering the Winfield /31 since he wore 32 after he left the Yankees. That one more card just MIGHT have put it closer to my price range.
