Having said that, I'll keep an open mind to tweak future games if you think a certain category is unrealistic..

Dodgers pitching giving up less than 3 hits in a game?

Seriously, has any pitching staff in a game given up 0, 1 or 2 hits in a game by this point in the season? Probably not.

I think I might not have a chance because of that toughie category (Dodgers < 3 hits) but who knows what might happen because the fat chick has not sung yet in this contest.

Re: Boxscore Bingo

I cant imagine Seattle only giving up 3 hits in a game.
Still need Houston to score 6 runs (not 5 or 7 as they have done several times)
Texas has to give up 3 HR
Angels have to K 5 times (have K'd 6 times in 6 different games and 4 in 2 others)

All it takes is one start where Felix is on his game! I'd say Seattle has a much better chance than many other teams.

Nah, their defense constantly blows routine plays and dont get to balls. Seattle would have to play an equally terrible team for me to get that stat.

If they blow routne plays, that's an error and does not count as a hit... Felix last year had 3 2-hitters, 3 3-hitters and 5 4-hitters...although it is a tough one, no doubt, I would agree Seattle has a better shot than most other teams!

Re: Boxscore Bingo

Finally got the ATL 3 HRs already in the 4th inning, they better not hit a fourth though

The way he has pitched this year, I'm not holding my breath.

Re: Boxscore Bingo

I was able to cross off 1 more today, leaving me 3 left.
I cant see the Angels only K'ing 5 times though. They are averaging 9 a game at this point.

Re: Boxscore Bingo

Knocked off 2 more today, but still have some toughies left
Atlanta batting 3 HR's- they had 4 yesterday
Baltimore pitching 4+ HR's- gave up 3 today
Cleveland pitching 3 SBs- Never happening
Toronto pitching 5 Ks- Not too hard
Tampa Bay <3 hitter pitching- Probably not happening

Down to 3

Hardest probably SF giving up 3 homers
and
the White Sox stealing 3 bases......figured this one would be a pain - in the AL with all the big bats in the lineup. Then the dang team had 4 steals, followed by 2 in a couple games last week....couldn't have just ended one of those on 3. lol
