I'm satisfied with these PC item grades. I mostly wanted to have the Desert Shield authenticated after reading a couple of threads about how to spot a fake. I was actaully bracing for a grade of 6 or 7 because I thought the surface was pretty scuffed, so an 8 is fine by me (even if it has the ugly white flip).

The SP Autograph card I thought would gem, but a 9 is still OK. I guess I have to wait to ge the card in-hand to find out the auto grade. Tried looking it up in the registry and the auto grade isn't listed there either.

I had by my Nolan Ryan Desert Shield cards graded too. Glad they turned out authentic. I was pretty sure they were, but it's nice to have that reassurance.

Surprised and kinda disappointed the Porcello didn't Gem but pretty cool to hit a 10 on the Martinez.



Also just curious- what ever happened to the 10 day submission? It sounds like Phil has other stuff going on right now, which is understandable, but isn't the point of paying extra for the 10 day submission to get your cards two weeks sooner?

Guys, sorry for the mix-up, the 10 days cards were supposed to arrive and be shipped prior to me leaving for vacation...however, I could not get on the same page with fedex and as a result, did not get the cards out.

I'm very sorry about this as it defeats the purpose of having a 10-day...if you were in the 10-day sub this go round you will be compensated to make up for the error and cards will go out very soon.
