Was this a promo which never happened or was it for random 1988 topps cards?

Back then, if you were a two-time all-star like Butch, somehow you always made it into the rotation of all those smaller box sets or promotional offers for life

The cards and packs were never issued. Usually because some kind of deal with Colgate-Palmolive who produces Ajax would have to pay MBL and the players association for permission to print the team and players names on the cards.
