Very nice Cruz cards!

The regular, packed out Crusade cards are well documented. I had never seen or heard of the unnumbered replacements until now. Got me thinking:

1) "Executive prototypes" numbered XX - What is the general opinion? 1 each of the green/purple/red?

2) Unnumbered replacements - anyone with any idea on how many of each may exist? have most seen their player?

3) Bankruptcy Series II cards - I've generally heard that 2 greens, 1 purple and 1 red were produced. Is that consistent with what others have heard?

How would most rank the 4 types of Crusades in terms of "value" and "most wanted"?

Assuming the estimates of print I've heard are correct, I might pick Bankruptcy (low print run, different photo), then Executive promos (low print run), then regular crusades, then unnumbered replacements. Thoughts?

After seeing weight333's post (welcome to the 90's thread by the way!) I had the urge to look through my Cruz Crusades again and check on what I still needed. How is everyone doing on their Crusade hunt? I just need the Green and Purple Unnumbered Replacements and the Purple and Red CTA Bankruptcy Series II (If they even exist).

I believe there are one of each color for the Executive Samples. I've never heard of someone seeing a second.

I have no clue on the unnumbered replacements. My Cruz Red has been the only one I've ever seen of him. I've seen scans of a bunch of green ones for different players and a Travis Lee Red.

That sounds about right on the Bankruptcy Series II cards.

I'd agree with your rankings. The Bankruptcy Series II have a cool story and a sense of mystery to them since it's not really known which ones were actually produced and how many of each made it out into the wild. The Executive Samples were unknown to me until the great COMC mass listing a few years back and do make for a cool Crusade 1/1 rainbow. The Regulars are still amazing. The unnumbered replacements are just like the Bankruptcy Series II except there is no cool story and no mystery since each card should have an unnumbered replacement that was ready in case of a damaged return.

I would really love to come across the 4 I need, if they were even produced. If I did manage to get them all, I'd probably frame them in the same way I made the scan.

That's heavy. Unfortunately, the Frank samples, as well as the purple and red Crusade card, are locked away in a collection somewhere, and I don't know where. I do know where the green is at, however.

I have no clue where the Ripken sample Crusades are... anyone ever seen them before?

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night and he's also putting together a set of Crusade prototypes.
