Getting ready to head to the land of 10,000 lakes. Should be quite the game tonight. I'll be seeing Phil Hughes take on David price.

Good Morning Everyone, pretty star packed leader board at the Open. To continue some of the discussion I missed yesterday, I love watching the Open, but believe it is beyond unfair to have a tournament in the weather conditions that change so drastically so fast.

Good morning.

Beautiful weather here. About to grill some chicken for fajitas. May take a little siesta this afternoon...

I need to scan, but I was putting up some recent purchases and decided to take a few pics...

A little Wilhelm
IMG_2480.jpgIMG_2481.jpg

Another nice Wilhelm jumbo patch (ITG) and other "W"s. That "Hats Off" is a piece of inner band from a Ted Williams hat
IMG_2482.jpg

Some of my Spahn
IMG_2483.jpg

Some Snider and some Schmidt GU Stirrups!
IMG_2484.jpg

A couple of Pee Wee Reese patches (not to mention a TON of normal jerseys)
IMG_2485.jpg

Couple Rizzuto and a Hoover
IMG_2486.jpg

Some misc "M"s and "P"s - the Mays patch is just a sliver, but I count it!
IMG_2487.jpg

A Marion 1/1 patch and some "Grimey" jerseys.
IMG_2488.jpg

Couple of Gibbys and some Gashouse Gang (Frisch and Pepper Martin) - what? Is that too much of one card?
IMG_2489.jpg

Then I should put away my Campy gloves
IMG_2490.jpg

And forget the Boyer gloves I have...
IMG_2491.jpg

Then some Boudreau, including just a portion of my hat collection of him
IMG_2492.jpg

Maybe one day I will actually scan and organize everything better.

Holy crap! Color me jealous. Awesome peek into your collection. Hof patches haven't bitten me yet but very impressed by it. Burleigh Grimes is an auto I need still.. But there all so bad looking, haha
Love the stripe jerseys

So I thought I just found a cool whiffle ball set at work today, turns out some of you Philly Phans might like it a little more than I do, haha

Yeah didn't even realize it was
Phillies at first, I just couldn't throw out a good whiffle ball set, like my wife said "you can never have too many whiffle balls"

That is a cloud in the sky dream card but why would you want it over a similar signed Ruth card in that condition? Your answer isn't wrong, just curious.

Pre-War Goudey and Diamond Stars are a couple of my favorites. I meant a Ruth - in general - since I'd likely find another one of those. You don't see many Diamond Stars signed Otts in this shape.

Get the Ott then, you cheapskate.

We aren't all high rollers like you!

Whoa! Want! Where's that at?
