Time to sell AP ROY super?

Pulled the Adrian Petereson ROY super out of 2008 chrome back when it came out, paying for a wedding this summer and need to sell it for some cash now. Should I list now or wait till right before the MVP is announced? Just worried he will lose luster with bidders if he goes out of the playoffs this weekend with a mediocre performance. I also have never sold on the bay but have 100% buying, will that hurt the sale?
