The signature's probably good, but it looks like the 40/40 inscription was not signed by Arod.
The signature appears to be in different ink than the 40/40, which looks like the same ink and writing as the /400 numbering.
So it looks like a plain Arod signed ball that someone later numbered and added the 40/40 inscription.

A-Roid has signed so many different styles of autographs, I doubt the ball is fake, though the post about the incriptions possibly not being done by himself worries me.

I actually think the two examples he showed that he thought proved the ball fake had more consistency in the two than not throughout the two times of his life! lol

I'm wondering if someone or a company got 400 balls hand numbered each & put the 40/40 on all of them then had him sign them??? Who knows

May just burn it on you tube after I jam a needle in it.... Lol
