Official/Unofficial... WHY?

Messages scroll to the bottom so fast as it is...you may see 5 posts on new maildays. If flightposite wants his name on a "mail thread" to make him feel better, that is fine by me.

I can't answer for why others do it, but I like having topics that interest me (ie mail thread) in one thread instead of every time someone gets a mailday to post their own, or even a weekly and a weekend mailday. Doesn't make much sense to me.

What I don't get it why some people like to "stir the pot".
