What is the difference in the way BCP1 and BCP111 were issued?

BCP1 was issued in 2011 bowman.

I know they are cheap and nearly the same value, but if I can only get 1 which do I want?
I am putting together a list of the main basic set prospect card for all the Nats (so I gotta choose 1 for each player). Not adding the autos unless there weren't any unsigned versions.

Technically his first CHROME card was 2010 bowman. It was in the USA subset. (pic below).
If I had to pick one of his 2011 I would have to go with BCP1 since it was first I guess (pic below)
