Are BGS 9.5s with a 9 a Gem Mint to you?

I always have a hard time pulling the trigger on a 9.5 with a 9 on one of the subgrades. To me, this does not come across as "Gem Mint" as part of the card is Mint. I have a much easier time accepting a Pristine 10 with a 9.5 though for some reason and do not mind a 9 Auto grade (as I don't like auto grades in general). So what is your opinion?

I still consider it gem mint. It's not 100% gem but if BGS says it's gem mint, then it's gem I'll consider it as such.

It's still gem mint, but it is worth less, and I look at it as an inferior gem mint.

what about a PSA 10 more or less? than a bgs 9.5 with a 9 auto. since psa doesnt grade the auto.
