Quick question about 1994 Mantle/Griffey auto

I was wanting to know what set did 1994 Mantle/Griffey Auto card come from? Are they avalible in boxes still or was it a redemption?

1994 Upper Deck. I believe they were inserted in packs randomly.

Probably not many, I have searched all over for them. You can find hobby boxes all over the place, but not retail.
