How can you tell if they are refractors or not?
will the refractors say "refractor" on the back?

The refractors have a border on them, while the base do not. I don't think that they say refractor on the back though.

The regular cards have a uniform texture in the background that goes all the way to the edges of the card while the refractors have a more pronounced “dimpled” effect in the background with a very smooth 1/8”-1/4” border near the edges. They don’t say refractor on the back.
The exception is the blue refractors given away at the National…they have a surface similar to the base cards (except they’re blue and serial-numbered).
