A quick ebay question about combining shipping payments.

Here is my question...I had someone win 1 of my auctions and are the high bidder on 2 others auctions,i have a 2.50.2.99,2.99 on the auctions for shipping.I'm going to charge a flat 3.00 shipping for all 3.Since ebay takes a percentage of shiipping,will they take a % of 3.00 or 8.48?

They take the percentage of the shipping fees when the payment is actually sent, not when auctions end. So, it will be for the $3
