At this point it's 100% dependent on his start on Saturday. If you can get a price you like in the meantime, take it, but otherwise if he does well it's probably time to sell...if the start doesn't go so well, then I'd hold. Pretty straightforward, but the bottom line is that it is dependent on how the market reacts.

You should list with BIN/BO so it goes over his start. You'll get offers beforehand but you need to use finesse on which offers are valid over that start. The last thing you want to do is have him make that start and receive no attention for it. It happens all the time.

Kyle Gibson is a good prospect in a mediocre market. He's not the kind of prospect in my opinion who you should hold through his debut hoping for a Gerrit Cole type of first two weeks. It's just not probable in my opinion.
