Need info on UD Play Makers Bobble Head cards

I came accross a few of these 2001 UD Play Makers Bobble Heads that also come with cards. My question is are these cards unique just to the figures or were they offered in packs or any other items? Are they rare? I see the figures being offered on eBay for a wide price range. I am just looking for info to add the cards to my collection.

I would think just with the bobbles

There were unique to the bobble heads only and not in packs. I ordered many cases of these things for my shop back in the day.
