1990 Upper Deck Mike Witt #702 Black Box Info ?

I am looking for any info I can find on this card. As far as I know it is very rare and I havn't seen or heard anything about this card and its value or rarity. If you have any info on the card I'd love to hear it. Thanks very much.

Card 702 (Rookie Threats) was originally scheduled to be Mike Witt. A few Witt cards with 702 on back and checklist cards showing Witt as 702 escaped into early packs; they are characterized by a black rectangle covering much of the card's back.

Only one I've ever seen sold on ebay around 2005 and sold for around $500. I have the date/amount noted, but not with me. Had the pic but accidentally deleted it. Been looking for another. Was told Olbermann was bidding on it and possibly was the winner.
