it's a business shop. they're actually like a ticket broker here.
they had a 10 lot of 2005 bdc of BW cards that i won. i asked if i could do a local pick-up and they waived my shipping fees. i walk in and they have a small case of various arizona sports teams cards and all these small offices with people buying/selling tickets.
i doubt the person who listed it even realized their ignorance.
