Here's his MiLB profile, once he goes into the minros from extended spring training you can track his numbers if you hold it, looks like his numbers are good, but I've never heard of him.

Very deep sleeper. He had a lot of helium going into the draft last year because he bumped his fastball up in to the 88-92 range. In a small sample size last year he did pretty good.
I might buy a few things of him, but not too much. I like the Rays drafting history of pitchers though.
I would say hold. I doubt you would get much for it right now. If for some reason his prices are high at the beginning I would sell.
