he easily got snubbed. better stats than hamilton, better average than bay, more HR, less RBI, less K's

for sure should have made it as a reserve, let alone a final balloter.

.291 20 HR 50 RBI

zobrist and dye are both OF

and TB already had a guy in (longo)

so why they put him in over dye baffles me

I was hoping for Dye or Pods
Maybe Zobrist since he can play bunch of positions?

i mean yes, but it's just anoying that he's listed as a mainly RF and on the MLB AS roster he's an OF, not anything else lol.

oh well

sox need to put poreda in the rotation and move richard to the pen until he works his stuff out. he hasn't looked good in a start in a while

Way to show your ignorance JO. Zobrist hasn't played in the OF for months. Zobrist is having a better season anyway.

he's listed on the AS team as an OF so that's what matters

AND
he has lower stats in avg/rbi/hr ......

Zobrist is also doing some BIG things in other categories...

I don't have them in front of me, but I read it this morning.

1st in Slugging and 2nd in OPS (if my memory serves me correctly)

I think your argument is better served against Jason Bay

Ok... if you want to pull out stats.

Zobrist: OBP: .406 SLG% .609 OPS: 1.015

Dye: .362/.562/.925

Yea, Dye is having a better year!

Oh and Zobrist only has four less RBI and three less HR in 45 less AB.
