First off, HUGE thanks to Chris for fixing my signin glitches which have stopped me from logging on this entire year.
Besides the 11 hours it took me to get to the show (Im only 90 mins fight from Cleveland) due to constantly heavy rains, I got some amazing and sick deals.
Like every National, modern and vintage are seperated from each other, for the most part, on opposite sides of the center. I found myself spending most of the 3 days there in the modern section, once in a while motoring through the vintage area stopping sometimes at some of the modern tables mixed in.
I cant say it was ever really crowded, especially the vintage section. There were sereral moden BOOTHS which were constantly crowded. So much so that you couldnt get "in" to check out the inventory.
The PSA 4 Wagner was on display as was a PSA 1 under it in the same showcase. Somehow, the standing showcase was SEMI OPENED. In other words, NOT LOCKED OR CLOSED ALL THE WAY. Is that how to leave 1.2 million dollars in two cards?
I took the Super VIP ($160) but for most people who can attend for several days, youre probably better off with the VIP ($120) if you can move the promos or collect them.
The food court there was high priced, unless you like $4.50 fountain soda.
I dont have interest in wrapper redemptions but seems like many did.
