I sell/buy on ebay, in the past some of the auctions I have won have come with a return policy, when these cards have came in the mail they have had a little strip that was put over the top of the top loader and read "returns accepted as long as seal is not broken". does anybody out their have any idea as how to find these?

Under the new Ebay policy he will not be an "Awesome" seller...in fact he may find himself not even being able to list....

He will be well above the allotted number and % of 1 and 2 DSRs

I dont retract my statement, but I will modify it. Depending on when they calculate his DSR's per the 3-month guideline, based on his current selling performance he could be anywhere from 3%-.8%.....according to ebay, under his selling goals, he will have to be 2% or under, so he is probably safe.....

I didnt realize it was 7,874 and I thought it was only 787 transactions......either way though, he could have an issue.

The seal is a great idea but meaningless. If some wants a return ebay will give it to them. I have returned so much crap and garbage I've received. The no return policy sellers use is nice in theory but pointless.
