how do you not buy something youve won again?

I forget this... do you just write the seller or do you wait a while, or is there a button.

Did you win something you had already? If so, you could try emailing the seller to explain and see if they can mutally cancel the transaction, or if it was a small price, just pay and chalk one up for lessons learned.
