Help with new collection-

Can anyone tell me the which years Topps included team cards in their sets? I am looking to start a Yankees team card collection and I am not sure which years Topps made these cards.

I could be wrong, but I think they were first introduced in 1956 Topps. I'm fairly certain they've been in Topps every year since.

Question :

Do you mean team cards as in a card with a photo of the team, or the small special team sets with a card for each player?

no team cards from like 1981-2000

they just did team leaders or some such not the actual team photo

could be wrong on the exact yrs i know 1980 topps has a team card and i think all years before that did

I looked at the PSA registry to cull most of this information; for the sets after 2000, I looked at eBay.

Team continued from 1956 to 1981 (inclusive), excepting 1968 and 1969. From thereon out they were discontinued through 2000. From In 2001, and 2003-2007 (inclusive) they were again issued, but not in 2008 and 2009. I'm not sure about 2002.

i have tigers team cards from 68 and 02
