It is Terrence Long.

I've seen Mike Sweeney ones from various conventions for $5, so it's not uncommon that they're that cheap for lesser players.

Well, it should have an embossement on the front (or even a stamp) as most convention cards do. The stamping could be front or back, I've got Sweeney and Reynolds conventions cards that are stamped either front or back.
