i have an AT&T rebate card that expries on the 31st. can i transfer the funds into my account from the debit card?

I don't think you can. They would look at a debit card the same way they would a credit card.

They would allow you to transfer money from a credit card, then give you the chance to pull it out. That would be a way of by passing a cash advance off of a credit card without paying any fees.
