I second the Sandisk Cruzar...absolutely awesome products...the Geek Squad products are great too (Sandisk insides).

I love Kingston Datatravelers. I own 2 4GB ones and 2 8GB ones without any issues transferring workfiles between a pair of PCs.
They are reliable, work great, and don't have U3 or any other of that type of crud program on it.
8GB are $15 right now (post-christmas sale at the largest retailer on the web) and I prefer 8GB over the 4GB ones since you can't fit a whole single-layer DVD file on a 4GB drive since usable capacity comes in at 3.*** GB.
