i put in an offer on the trevor reckling topps debut logoman of $130 last week ($150 dlvd with tracking) and the seller never responded with a counter and my offer expired. of course, the lack of a reply led me to believe he was looking for waaaaaaay more than that. needless to say, i was pretty pissed when i saw this...

that's seems like a case of receiving 2 offers. yours being 130 an the other guys prob starting at 120ish he responded to the lower guy first with a BO of 140 an if he declines he accepts your offer.

Sad to say i have done this before when receiving 2 offers i offer the lower one a price higher then the other offer an if he declines then you accept the other offer. But i sometimes also figure other things into B/O's that i receive like if they are US or Canadian or feedback an sometimes i look to see if the person has bought alot of this player because i rather sell to a player collector then a quick flipper.

i understand the strategy but it would have been nice to at least receive a counter offer...in this case, i hope it went to a flipper so i can have another chance at it. as it stands, i have a pretty sizable reckling collection and it would have been a nice addition. here is what i have so far...
