Is Topps doing anything about damaged Bowman boxes?

Buddy of mine busted a box of 2010 Bowman and said a large portion of the cards were scratched/dinged/dented and cut poorly. Anyone know if Topps is offering anything as a replacement?

Don't know why he won't just join this board himself... :|
