Where are these cards from?

These are the only 2010 Topps Buyback Autos on eBay and TNT doesn't say what set they are from.

Any help?

I call BS on those auctions. There is no foil stamping on the front of the cards stating they are a buyback of any kind. Stay away!!

anyway to prove these came from 2010 topps? Could be IP autos or autos taken out of scoreboard/SAH/HSN cases and he's using "2010 Topps" as a draw to these auctions.
