Colby Lewis HGH much? 2003 with Texas in 26 Starts 88 K's with a 7.30 era 2010 188 k's 32 starts with era of 3.70. How do you go from being the worst pitcher in the league basically, to doubling yout strikeout total. Obviously on HGH

Colby used to try and be a power pitcher. Going to Japan taught him discipline. He's all about control, and he doesn't panic when runners are on.

Colby Lewis was Baseball America's #32 prospect coming into 2003, he was #82 prior to 2002. He was as high as #18 on one BA writer's list. Halladay's placements were #23 in 1997, #38 in 1998, #12 in 1999.
