Interesting 2010 Bowman Chrome Refractors......

After opening 8 rack packs of 201o Bowman Chrome, noticed quite a few veterans with "Refractor" printed under the number on back, with no refractor finish on the front.

Question is: Has anyone else noticed this yet?

Same thing happened to me. I had 3 of them in 1 rack pack. Nothing since though.
