So last week i sold a total of 30 items and 2 of them got mixed up and sent to the wrong person, so i got an email a few days back for the buyer saying he wants the card he won, and i understand this is my mistake. but i cant get a hold of the buyer. so i told the buyer who contacted me that i will pay for shipping back to me and give him a refund, he said that will not work and that i needed to send SASE to him and then give him a refund, now he won the card for .99 cents with $2.50 shipping and the card he got ended at $4.01 with $2.50 shipping. so i told him he could keep the card he had and i will give him a full refund and he said that will not work, he wants me to send the refund and then send the SASE, is there any other way around this?! or should i just send the SASE? which cost me more money a whopping $1
