USA Patch Relic - Autoed?

I just pulled a nice USA Patch Relic redemption but it doesn't mention AUTO. Is this a manufactured patch or is this an actual patch auto? I don't understand how it would just be a patch card and not auto'ed, anyone have any insight?

Pretty sure they will be like those. Seems a lot are redemptions.

Yea, the auto'd ones will say autograph issue. Someone pulled a Weeks autographed one on the boards.

I have pulled some from 2010 Topps Series 2 that I can remember off the top of my head. If it is auto'd, it will say auto'd on it.
