You won't find it in Beckett.
They don't list magazine issues like these.
Not worth much. Not very rare.

That's one of those licensed Broder-type cards from the late 80's/early 90's. Beckett wouldn't list these or even acknowledge them, since they weren't legally made. I've picked up plenty of Will Clarks like these (not the same set, but same idea), if you can get them really cheap then they're worth having.
