You could tell who this is....without the name on it already?

I have seen some pretty bad sketches recently. I would like to compile all of them here to see which are the ones we could have done when we were 6.
What's really interesting to me is that as bad as a lot of these look, the images definitely look like the player.
Like the Hank Aaron is weird looking, but I could tell you who it was with one look if I didn't know the player. Same for all the others. No, they don't look like photographs, but somehow these crudely sketched line drawings pretty closely resemble the player.
It's art. They don't all have to look like photographs. Tempy has a different style, which a lot of people here obviously don't like. I'm not a huge fan of it, but it's pretty hard to make something look both bad and recognizable at the same time. I'm not defending her, Leaf, or anyone else. Yeah, they look shoddy at first, but they're definitely the work of a professional artist.
Same, I can always tell who the player is even though it's just a rough undefined sketch.I was actually thinking the same thing. Every link that I've opened thus far, I've played a little game with myself to see if I could guess the player without looking at the title or the team logo and I've been able to tell who it was every time...
I mean, minimally, the sketch LOOKS like the player.

So...with 10 minutes before dinner brought the kiddos to the table for our craft to see how well we could do against the professionals. We used some Justin Huber cards I had lying around since they were all in slabs.
For reference these are what we used
