I kept asking Topps on Twitter if these were game worn or event used relics because they just kept saying relics. They were responding to everyones questions but wouldnt respond to mine. lol

Typical loaded with low end garbage.

Ask them what good do their release dates do if distribs don't observe them.

Don't tick off the 1 member topps police by selling a day early, they might come kick in your door.

They give me rules, and I follow them. Why don't others. If one person openly and blatantly breaks your rules and you do nothing then your rules are invalid.

I'm a fan of Chris Justice and what he does at the hobby box, and I still am after this. I just don't think it's right to put product out early.

plenty of big breakers busted today. I do agree with you Chris, why have a street date when no one wants to follow it.

Topps needs to regulate it, just like Sony/BMG/etc regulate the music/movies they put out.

I don't have a problem with it as long as nothing is sold. I mean Chris is only doing a video break. He did not actually physically give someone a box or card. By the time it's shipped to the person it will be after the release date.

Although there are always a few nice cards in TTT, everything I am seeing so far for this years offering is ammounting to be the worst yet. I would be highly unhappy if I ordered a case or more and was seeing these disturbing breaks. This will be the first year for me that I will not spend a dime on TTT, not packs nor singles. I just will not support this at all.

True... although I will say I've seen breaks happen before and the person who "pulled" the card from the break goes ahead and already sells it or works a deal... I remember seeing a break where the guys was like "when are you sending the cards because the _____ is already sold"... stupid if you ask me... again, wait until the date of release and if you're upset you have to wait to have your cards shipped, then don't do a group break via a site like FCB or otherwise.

I mean using the record analogy, radio stations play songs before a record is released. To me Chris is just previewing the product and giving the public and customer a sneak peek of the product before it's released.

I don't understand why Topps has release dates anyway. When a low end to mid range product comes out, you can find blasters, retail packs, and hangers starting the Friday before a release date. I can bust product on a Monday, list it and have it sold by Tuesday night usually. Am I supposed to wait to sell it until Wednesday because that's the official release date? I don't think so.

I don't worry about Topps release dates, I get it in, I sell it. They usually give the needy souls like Mr Walmart & Mr Target the product before me anyway...
