I'm flustered with the hockey lockout just because of what the wild did in the offseason. we spend all this money bringing in all this talent and we don't even get to see them play

Sent from my SCH-M828C using Sports Cards by Freedom Card Board.com

My kids have season tickets for the 1st time. Not happy to see Parise leave NJ

Nice! I didn't know you we're in the coffee business... Who you work for? I can't imagine how much MORE coffee I'd drink if I were in the business lol

Good work Andrew.

Pretty dark outside here Dave. If your logic is correct, you'll be seeing some rain later too.

I'd call that a "perk" of your profession.;)

You got that right! Especially since it is free during work...tastes that much better :) I don't know if any of you have heard about the Clover machine but it was locally developed and launched. It extracts every aspect of the coffee bean through a vaccuum process and does not leave any sediments which makes for a 100% full body and flavor with a rediculously clean finish :) Here is what it looks like in use...pretty fun to watch and use:

Thanks, Alex.

On the final exam, the prof tallies up the class percentage.

Her comment at the bottom of the page was "101.2% HOLY CRAP!!!"

:p

Starbucks :) Been quite the journey since I started and has been a great experience this whole time :) In a nutshell: Started as a barista in the stores and moved up to Store Manager in my first 3 years...managed stores for 3 more years...got promoted to the Service Desk at the corporate office after that...moved up through tier one and tier two analyst roles before landing my Supervisor role at the Service Desk last October

FYI - In the video I posted for the clover...didn't realize the dude dogged on Starbucks beans LOL. Everyone has their own opinion, but I should have listened to the end of it first before I posted it

Seems like SB has high employee satisfaction. How long have you been there? You seem pretty entrenched.

FWIW, I am not a fan of their beans, sorry. However, when out and about I do drink the dark roast.

Thanks, Geo. Was a tough semester, but the extra work paid off.

One more semester left and still waiting to hear about the application to Cal State Fullerton.

I would like to think that you make a fine candidate.

B took C to see the Nutcracker and that is ALL she has talked about for days. The other day I guess her class listened to the music from the show and she told everyone all about it.......funny coming from such a quiet girl.

George, the Nutcracker is a big thing around here. Charleston Ballet Theater performs it and people get all dressed up to come watch. Lots of Moms and little girls in their nicest dresses, it's like a Christmas tradition. My daughter has been dancing with CBT for 5-6 years and has done this show since she was about 5, she absolutley loves it.
