Its for 1998 Topps TEK Same Card # Pattern Set #4 ..not a very high priority. I would much rather trade my extra 98 TEK Teks for cards on my short want lists. The Mark McGwire 13p13 is $6.00 Beckett . To make it easy I am willing to pay $ 4 delivered but ONLY if the card is MINT or NEAR MINT with no scratching, peeling of the silver oval on the back, no black dots or black squiggles on the card, or any mis-alignment of the card # pattern # within the oval on the back of the card. (Some of the cards have the divider line between the word Card and Pattern cutting right through the middle of the word Pattern rather than right midway between the two words). The Master set I put together is pretty high quality in terms of condition kept in those Ultra binders that held 10 pages (90 cards..perfect for 90 card set in one binder) . I did a very time consuming condition QC earlier this year and have surprisingly only around 35-40 that could use a replacement for improving the overall quality. So let me either way regarding the condition of the McGwire card. If you decide to trade or sell any of your other common Same Card # Pattern # 98 TEK cards I have around 50 to go for a fifth same card# pattern # set. (Very very low priority there for sure)

Sell me your Caminiti diffractors. You know you don't want them...
I have 4 Caminiti 1998 TEK diffractors 9,12,13,33
All are in either completed or partially completed 90 card 1998 TEK Diffractor sets. I will and do trade any dupes I might have to fervent player collectors but those are not not dupes and I don't break sets. Did you get your last Caminiti 98 TEK base set card yet?

So if I traded you a star player diffractor that you don't have...you wouldn't trade the Caminiti diffractors?

The last Cammy base I don't have is on its way.

Congrats for finishing your 90 card Caminiti 1998 TEK set with that pattern # 4 you've been searching for for quite a long time!!!!!! As I have said on frequent occasions I am always willing to Diffractors cards that are dupes for me, but unfortunately finding one specific pattern of a player is hard enough, much less a duplicate version of any specific card/pattern... so having any extra dupes of any one card is problematic. I have 261 Diffractors but only have one Diffractor dupe (Dunwoody card# 36 pattern# 63--oddly 2 dupes of that one card).. I was ONLY offering one of my 4 Cammy cards which I rarely do (I don't have a dupe of it) ONLY because I am 16 cards short of completing 90 card Diffractor set # 2 and Griffey just happened to be one of those 16 and I saw you just picked one up for trading purposes. I fully recognize Griffey cards are normally worth than Caminiti according to Beckett pricing (or to anyone else I agree) . But who knows what the diffractors are really worth (or how many of each pattern there really are.....nobody knows? ) to collectors when 1998 TEK Diffractor cards of players like Juan Gonzalez sell this past year for $ 50+ whenever they go up on ebay. Does that mean Juan Gonzalez is more valuable than Ken Griffey. Maybe to a few fervent Juan Gone fans.... but not to the rest of the card collecting world.
So if I traded you a star player diffractor that you don't have...you wouldn't trade the Caminiti diffractors?

The last Cammy base I don't have is on its way.

Hopefully we can make more deals in the future. I go by completed sales and I think its safe to say Juan Gone diffractors are worth more than Griffey diffractors. Griffey may have been the more popular decorated player but a strong fan base determines who is more popular in the collecting world.

Going by completed sales (this isn't like Real estate Comps) creates the potential for artificial high prices based on bidding wars or tag team efforts from a tiny sample (sometime just one or two guys). I agree though that the 98 Topps TEK base set and diffractor cards are undervalued by Beckett
