Seriously, it would probably be easier on everyone involved if Teo said he was gay. It makes more sense. I laughed at this quote:

I'm not going to jump to conclusion or buy into speculation as to whether he might be gay or was in on the hoax the whole time.

Going from the proven facts, I will say this. He knew on January 6th that this was a hoax and reported it to Notre Dame officials. When interviewing with reporters, he was still referencing his dead girlfriend and her cancer. Even after knowing it to be false, he was still using it as a stepping stone on his road to fame and fortune. XXXX Manti Te'o. I hope he breaks his leg and never reaches that fame and fortune since he's been exploiting cancer for his personal gain. If I had the chance to do it, I would. Well, I would try. I likely would whiff with my bat like Adam Dunn mid-2010, but I would try dammit.

If he can tell ESPN reporters about losing his girlfriend to cancer after knowing it's untrue, I doubt the sincerity of anything he has said from day one. I'm normally all for people doing whatever they can to give their career a boost or whatever, but not when it comes to exploiting death from cancer. It's something that I have a close connection to, having lost friends and family far too soon, and so I sincerely say to that piece of XXXX : XXXX you, Manti Te'o, and the imaginary horse you rode in on.

Bottom line is Teo is full of it. The thing was made up to boost his Heisman chances, who doesn't fall for a good story like going out and winning a game for a lost loved one?
