Since I dont have scans, I will list my Top 10 from 1988 to 1991:

1988 Fleer Glossy #U-89
1988 Score Traded Glossy #103T
1989 O-Pee-Chee #49-Card is actually Alan Trammall
1989 Topps Tiffany #49
1990 Bowman Tiffany #78
1990 Fleer Canadian #224
1990 Topps Tiffany #157
1991 Astros Mothers #5
1991 7-11 Coins #T1
1991 Topps Tiffany #565

There's 7 copies of the 1990 Bowman Tiffany on COMC right now, starting at a buck. Think I got mine off of there for a quarter.

What's the deal with the 1989 OPC? Is it a wrong-back error? Never heard of this being an issue before.

Clemens Donruss precious metals and 1990 Idaho Score McDOnalds. can be found once in a while, but not at prices I will pay for a Score card that ugly lol

Hey, another Rhode Islander! That makes three that I know of (you, me, and Bill Menard). Welcome aboard!

Those Score McDonald's are not easy finds. I keep hoping to stumble across a few in a dime box somewhere, but no luck. There's five players in that set I collect, and I'm going to have to pay big money for most of them if I ever want them (especially Will Clark and George Brett).

I need these to complete my 2010 Topps Rainbow, including 1/1 Platinum...alas I can never find either!

2010 Topps Target Andrew McCutchen #110
2010 Topps Red Border Andrew McCutchen #110 (yes #'d to 299, but I've never seen one)

I would not be surprised to find out that most of the Red Borders just do not exist. They're something I don't go crazy looking for, but I barely ever see a Red for anyone I collect for 2010 Topps (and there's at least 50 cards in that set that are in my PCs).

How can a card just not exist, just because you cant or dont see one?

You'd be surprised how possible it is for a card to just not exist. There's a whole thread about it here somewhere, cards that are on a checklist but cannot be proven to exist.

These Red Border don't turn up in large quantities (I think they were 5 per special factory set), and given the relatively low numbers and the method of release, the odds of any more than a few random small groups popping up are slim. There could be plenty sitting in unopened factory sets, but Topps would have had to make almost 40,000 of these specific sets to have a PR of 299 on each card. I'm somewhat skeptical.

I think most of them are stuck in sealed factory sets? Regardless I've seen several 2011 and 2012 McCutchen red borders and zero 2010's...very frustrating. And where is the Tops Target? Someone out there HAS to have one in a commons box somewhere!

1997 Pinnacle Inside Diamond Edition. I've only seen one since release date, and I missed it by a matter of hours on COMC.

How the "Crime Dog" is not in the hall is beyond me. Nice cards. I have the Henderson, but its the only one I have ever seen.

From a regional Target exclusive Back To School set, only ever saw 1 on ebay and let someone else grab it because I figured it'd be common. Or at least obtainable. They have different photos from regular Topps, and are popular with player collectors, at least those who have even heard of them.
I own the Griffey and Ichiro buts thats only because I bought the Set when they came out and they were in the same 2 pack together. I bought it because im a mariners fan and Griffey fan and thought the Ichiro photo was really cool never realized how hard these things are for player collectors.
