Arraingment should be at 2pm and someone has stated that this will be a no bail situation. He's been released by Pats and clear trail of destruction of evidence and investigators have a body. All signs point to a murder charge if you ask me.
I don't think the Pats release him without having been given some idea of the charges either. Sounds like they forfeit all the money they have committed to AH too per the collective bargaining agreement.
hmm... although I just heard on radio that Patriots made the decision to cut him LAST week if he was arrested in connection with this case for any reason.
Well, I guess another hour or so and we'll know the charges for certain.

Count 1 - Murder. Plea - Not Guilty. Bunch of other charges, but after that, who really cares. The others seem meaningless.
Bail - NOT Happening!! He is being held without bail.
Multiple gunshot wounds - 2 in the chest.
Security camera footage missing from 14 surveilance cameras at AH's house corresponding to the time of his disappearance.
He's toast as I watch the arraignment. He's totally matched to the scene of the crime via text messages and surveillance cameras from area businesses, etc. Only thing that could save him is if someone else somehow showed up at the crime scene and shot Lloyd. He's even caught on surveillance buying bubblicious cotton candy gum at a gas station and a wrapper from the same gum was picked up at the crime scene. At the very least, he was there.

He's been charged with Murder, I bet he will claim tat he was protecting the victim's girlfriend.

It's possible he was the shooter, even if so, Hernandez was there & still will go down
Sounds like they may have someone who was with him cooperating since they know details of conversations taking place inside the car.

And with ALOT of it being circumstancial evidence, the prosecutors must have thought they had enough to charge such a high-profile Defendant.
BTW, it seems this all stems from an argument they had in a club three nites earlier, maybe over the Girlfriends.
My guesses: The gun used is in that Pond. And he'll say someone else, yet to be found out who, was the trigger man...

Since I spend my days trying to think like a terrorist, I had a "criminal" notion about this:
How does a guy with all those resources (i.e. available cash, accountability to no one, disposable thug army) leave the XXXXing body in his OWN NEIGHBORHOOD?
If I have that kind of money and pull, I'm using it all to get away with this crime. Buy a car, drive the body to a different state, ditch the car, come home, sell my house, and on and on.
I know it's kind of weird to think like that, but seriously...

That's not weird! I do the same thing. When i'm working a field sometimes I will spot a real isolated patch of woods from the tractor and just think to myself how good of a place that would be to hide a body. I've found a bunch of really good places on our farm!
That's the theory being discussed in Boston circles and that the people Odin talked to that Hernandez was upset with was part of the it as well.
Odin basically was lead to slaughter
