I have 7 or 8 different gold ones and they all seem to have the Dufex technology with them. What might be harder to find is a gold without the dufex.

I would not really call it dufex it is more of a foil etching. Some of them are etched very good, some barely etched and some not etched at all. Here is a regular gold that is etched.

Based upon what magic? What would tell you otherwise? I've seen them.

I can see the Pack Pulled ones Maybe having a Differance, but the Gold Contest Type ones you would think would not differ
But I guess they do............. the Griffey Gold I have is Etched pretty good

Got this in today's mail. Fairly certain it qualifies as an eBay poor listing 90's insert steal:

Just bought a Galaxy S4 this week as well - still trying to learn the best way to take card pics with it. I need much improvement lol.

I don't know why you bought this. It's not numbered #01 / 50 or 50 / 50 or jersey number or anything. You stole this one for that price. Nice pick up :D

Funny reason why I even found this auction - I was goofing off with my girlfriend and searched for town I was born in - Winter Park, Florida. Guess where this seller lives? It pays to do the most random of searches on eBay!
