From 85-88 this was one of the hottest cards in the hobby EVER, going for $100 or more. No high-tech traits meant it was easily counterfeited.Holy cow! I had no idea anybody would fake a Don Mattingly anything but I guess I wasn't really collecting that much in 84. I knew about the McGwire but I still don't know if mine is fake or not. Mostly because I'm too lazy to dig it out.
