Did my part as a seller sending with dc.

Buyer filed that he never got it despite tracking showing otherwise.

EBay being eBay, I lost the case and he got refunded.

Left me neg AND posted multiple lies in it.

The 1st on the list, right after she paid asked for a refund. As she thought the break was the night the auctions ended, where clearly it states in the auction the break will take place at 9pm the next night.

If people would just read to start with there wouldnt be nearly as many problems as there are.

The card is graded and undamaged. I can see the diamond cut in the scan but I don't see why it is an issue. I did not notice it in hand.

Then I wake up to this message this morning:

I replied with:

No, I can't do that, as you enter into a binding contract when you place a bid on eBay, per their policy. Sorry, but the card is yours now and is being mailed today.

His reply:

ok very simple you accept returns so i will return it and you have no choice but to refund me my money so in the end im going to get my money back your only wasting your time ... do the right thing refund me my money ok

My reply:

I just came back from my post office since my last message, so the card is already on its way. You have the option to return it if you want, and when its back in my possession I can issue a refund.

thats fine your a complete ass i already warned people how you are so people wont be buying ... and just to let ya know you can cancel the deal per in ebay rules ... really your acting childish you just wasted time for nothing grow up card will be shipped back asap , feedback will be left accordingly and if shipped where is the tracking .... i just dont understand why people need to act this way its a f*****g baseball card and the sad part is you wont refund today you rather send it only to refund me at weeks end `.. how stupid is that... oh thats right YOU CAN NOT FIX STUPID

In the end, I decided to cancel the transaction. Not worth the hassle.
