So should we expect to see non-baseball players/people in baseball card releases from now on if they open themselves up to sign items and there is value to be had? I'm sorry but I'm not in that camp... I will also say that I'm also not an active wax purchaser, so my opinion has little weight what so ever.

Cards fans might love that card. The Man's trying at least!

By the way, what are the Clear Rookie Reprint Autos #'ed out of, 25?
Thanks! It is sad to see the way Stan's auto degraded in his final days, but my guess is that Stan was trying to get every penny he could from Topps. JMHO of course...The Musial card is Topps way of squeezing everything they could from Stan Musial. It wouldn't surprise me if Topps had a representative at his death bed with sheets of stickers - they disgust me in the same manor as John Henry did getting his father to sign everything and anything up until his passing.

Well, lets all give Topps credit for exposing those feelings of his...Stan wasn't after the money. The guy loved signing his name and it's said he never turned down a chance to sign for someone.

Depends on the player/personality/rarity.
Some years back Topps put astronauts autos in co signers at very hard ratios and big names.
The next year they flooded the same product with boxing autos of people no one heard of.
There's the difference.
