Here are my graded paper proofs! I know the grades are not high on most of them, but you can not find authentic paper proofs! And I apologize for a long string of big photos, I am going to get a scanner, I promise lol.

I love that Personal Endorsement auto! Reminds me of all the cool Pinnacle Museum Collection cards of the 90s. Awesome pick ups!

@Laxcat, @ChasHawk - following up on a conversation you two were having last night in yesterday's MT:

Topps Venezuelan cards were Topps issues, just printed locally in Venezuela on inferior card stock. I've heard that Central and South American baseball fans had a long tradition of "scrapbooks," dating back to the Cuban paper-stock card issues of the 1920's, 30's and 40's like Aguilitas and Caramelo Deportivo, that were issued with paste-in albums.

Topps didn't issue an official album for earlier Venezuelan sets, but did for the 1964 issue. Because of the album, a significant number of 64's do have paper loss from being removed from albums.

How did Topps get to Venezuela? This from a Net54 post:

"The first reference I can find to Topps in Venezuela has Joseph Shorin traveling there in August 1953, which I suspect was an exploratory trip and probably to find an business agent and establish relationships. The Shorin's may already have made contacts or at least been introduced there through what I perceive to be a loose Central American/Cuban/Puerto Rican network they were part of going back to the American Leaf Tobacco days but I am not sure about that playing a role in Venezuela.

Joe Shorin made another trip there in April of 1957 and that is probably the start of the process to produce and sell baseball cards there. Someone else must have followed through as Shorin would become sick (and not recover) not too long after that but he was President of Topps and may have been the one to sign contracts and agreements locally.

My understanding's that a local printer did these sets. I've seen the name Benco, at least for 1962, and C. A. Lithoven for 1968"

Good afternoon. Had to guess at this one, is it class 1, 2, or 3. Then I figured it was class 2 since it was a fielding position.

Getting a late start today. But back at work til 9 so I may be lingering here for a while. Poppin in and out between customers.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the $50 minimum is for one card... if you put together a gift of multiple items, that minimum is higher but you have to use your discretion for what to spend, etc. - just can't put together 50 $1 cards
