welcome to the next level of collecting, Mac! Best thing to do is kill time goin thru comc, looking at sets known for action shots. And look at teammates cards who batted before him, you may find Belle in the background waiting in the batters circle.
That's helpful.

I can't believe I'm posting in here and actually going to dive into the deep...

I'm interested to see if anyone knows of any Albert Belle cameo cards! Thought I'd join in on the fun now that Belle is slowly being phased out of the hobby again or at least that's what it looks like...

COMC.com is great because you can search by team and year, like "Cleveland Indians 1998" and you'll get all the team cards for that year. Then you can just look for Albert on any of his teammates cards. After that search for teams in his division for those years. COMC.com is also nice in that they have scans of the card backs. Though it's time consuming, you can look on the back of cards for cameos too. Brands like Stadium Club, early Upper Deck, Score and Collector's Choice seem to have lots of cameos. Good luck!

What does your cameo database include, in terms of years and sets? Any chance you have anything on Jonny Gomes? He has cards from 2001 to 2013.

It's a huge effort just to keep track of stars and other highly collected players, though now that I know you're interested, I'll add Gomes if I see him.

I was pulling a Gary Disarcina card for a trade, and ran across this one, which I believe is Kenny Lofton:

As well as this Yount from the 1992 Pinnacle Rookies set.

Wow. Not a lot of cameos on the thomas cards i saw. Like he has a contract that says no one else can be in the same picture as him or something... On to baltimore.

looks like he hit behind a few people, will clark, bj surhoff, and jeff conine...

Finally found one... He had 88 in baltimore, right?

Did you get the cameo card I sent to you?

Did I?! Did I?! Did I?!

All this madness is your fault haha! Look what you've started ;)

You started it off with this artist proof and made me buy the base and Museum collection on COMC:

So strong, thanks for the heads up! Surprised that is all it shows ;)
These are all great, and now starting to get more addicted lol
Then in 97 and 98 he hit behind frank thomas in chicago. You may wanna ask the thomas collectors for help on this one. Thomas has a lot more cards that Baerga, but ill see what i can find.

Cant tell for sure... But someone is in the background here
