Sorry I can offer no help op, but there is just so much wrong with everything (banned, multiple accounts, paying with money orders) I think you need to chalk it up as a lesson learned and move on, hoping the cards some day show up.

This is the part you are mistaken about. The card he posted a link to on eBay is one of the ones he made a deal over on BO. The listing on eBay isn't "someone else" - it's the same guy.

There's even an explanation on his bannings in the thread about him on BO.

I vaguely remember the thread, but long story short, he backed out of a deal.

In this instance people are trying to steal $180 from him...different story.

Just because you dislike someone doesn't mean it's ok to steal from them.

I agree. It's bad form to back out of a deal... this is -potential- theft. There's a lot of line jumping to get to that point, though.

and it cost me $20, yeah it's not $180.00 but is is still my money and I am still pissed. It would be different if he would have apologized, said he's sorry or even made up some lame excuse what happened. I have not heard jack XXXX from him since it happened.

Thanks for the clarification on this incident....I empathise with said situation however, OP did not shed a very good light on himself......
