You may be shocked to find out how much that Hasbro electronic talking Boba Fett hemet goes for on eBay.
If it has the moveable rangefinder still attached, the sounds work and it's not too scratched up, they sell used for $70 to $100. That's the used price.

It's because there are so many Boba Fett costume makers out there, and they use the Hasbro hemet as a cheap alternative to the expensive replicas.
Many of the more serious fans customize the helmet to make it more screen accurate.

I know about the value because I spent months looking for a low-priced one on eBay for my costume.
I had to bite the bullet and buy one for $72 in November. They originally sold in stores like Target and Toys 'R' Us a few years ago for about $35.

I can't tell from your picture, but if the fragile moving rangefinder stalk is broken off, you can still make at least $30-$40 from the helmet.

How do you sell on instagram? do you just put a ton of hashtags and hope someone sees it?

That's how you start, then you'll build followers. I still do all the hash tags so people that aren't even following me can find the items too. I also started following a lot of the other vintage collectors & other thrift hunters & they followed me back. I've prob made around 20 sales and maybe another 10 trades through Instagram since I started it.
